1) I, hereby give my consent to THE WANDERLUSTERS to collect and process my personal data for the purpose of providing travel-related services. I understand that my personal data may include but is not limited to my name, contact information, and payment information.

2) I understand that THE WANDERLUSTERS will use my personal data to book flights, hotels, tours, and activities on my behalf. I acknowledge that Travel Company may need to share my personal data with third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators in order to provide these services.

3) I understand that THE WANDERLUSTERS will take appropriate measures to protect my personal data and that my personal data will be kept confidential. I acknowledge that the Company may retain my personal data for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and to comply with legal obligations.

4) I acknowledge that I have the right to access, correct, or delete my personal data at any time. I understand that I can contact THE WANDERLUSTERS to exercise these rights.

5) It is of utmost important that all participants be together in the group for outdoor event being undertaken. In event of any “deviation” by the participant without the consent of the “Trek Leader” (representative of THE WANDERLUSTERS), he/she will be considered as “Independent” and will no longer be considered as a part of the group.

6) A planned activity or programs may be cancelled or revised depending on the weather and availability of suitable instructor. Due to any circumstances/calamity {artificial or natural}, the event or activity remains incomplete for safety reasons or such, then there will be no compensation for the same. You are joining an outdoor activity/event where any incident/ natural calamity can happen and you agree that the organizer shall not be responsible by you or your family for any accident, mishap {including Death} caused by any circumstances {artificial or natural}. All activities and programs carry an amount of risk of injury and you are well aware that outdoor activities have an inherent risk of personal injury and THE WANDERLUSTERS shall not be liable for the same for any reason whatsoever.

7) You understand that the Trek Leader may take photographs during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes. You consent to allow them to photograph you and allow them to use these photographs for publicity purpose.

8) You understand that a certain level of acceptable behaviour (upto the satisfaction of the Trek Leader/THE WANDERLUSTERS) is required to participate in outdoor activities and that you maybe excluded from these activities if this level of behaviour is not maintained. You understand that the Trek Leader will not be responsible for the supervision of any participant excluded from the activities.

9) If for any activity, due to the security reasons/protocols given by the people who are in charge of activity, you are not able to participate in the activity, then we are not responsible for it and you will be excluded from that activity. The Participant shall strictly adhere to the instructions/ policies of the Trek Leader/THE WANDERLUSTERS.

10) The Trek Leader’s decision will be final and binding on all participant(s). No arguments will be entertained. THE WANDERLUSTERS reserves all right to change/ deviate/ cancel the plan without prior notice.

11) Participants should be physically fit, able to hike moderately strenuous trails, climb, and have a basic level of swimming ability.

12) Trek Leader/THE WANDERLUSTERS do not take any liability or responsibility for any claims either from you including any third-party claims, (whatsoever) arising out of the outdoor activities in which you are a participant. THE WANDERLUSTERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS/DAMAGE DONE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL/BELONGINGS.
