REGISTRATION PROCESS TO BOOK A TREK WITH US

• Booking a trek with us through our website or WhatsApp is a simple process. Here are the steps:

• BOOKING THROUGH THE WEBSITE:

​

1. Visit the website and browse through the "BOOK YOUR TREK NOW" tab.

2. Select the trek you want to book and click on "Book Now" button.

3. Fill in the necessary details such as name, contact information, and trek details.

4. Review the booking details and click on "Submit" or "Confirm" button.

5. You will be redirected to Razorpay for payment.

6. Make the payment as per the instructions provided on the Razorpay link.

7. After successful payment you will receive a Booking receipt with WhatsApp group link on email which you provided while booking. (Your Booking is complete & confirmed here)

8. You have to Join the group and further instructions will be posted in the group

• BOOKING THROUGH WHATSAPP:

1. Save the company's WhatsApp number in your contacts. Following are the contact numbers:

1. Send a message to the company's WhatsApp number enquiring about the trek you want to book.

2. The company representative will respond to your message and provide you with the necessary information about the trek.

3. If you decide to book the trek, provide the representative with your name, contact information, and trek details.

4. The representative will confirm the booking and provide you with the custom booking link & payment instructions.

5. Make the payment as per the instructions provided by the representative.

6. That's it! Once the payment is confirmed, your booking will be complete & will be added to the group shortly.

7. After successful payment you will receive a Booking receipt with WhatsApp group link on email which you provided while booking. (Your Booking is complete & confirmed here)

8. You have to Join the group and further instructions will be posted in the group
